Eventbrite: Quiet Session

We offer Quiet Sessions of our children’s workshops.

These activities are designed to accommodate any participants with autism or learning difficulties. They feature a personalised and flexible version of the morning’s workshop, as well as reduced lighting and sound in the gallery. The groups are smaller and parents are asked to attend and enjoy these less crowded sessions. You only need to book a ticket for each child attending.

Join us at Mission Gallery for a summer holidays mask making workshop. You’ll explore our current exhibition ‘This Could Be a Dream’, create your own unique design and work with textiles and yarn inspired by Non’s artwork.

This a relaxed, fun session in the education space at the gallery where children are encouraged to express their creativity and experiment with materials.

All materials are provided.

We would like our workshops to be as accessible as possible and ask that you make a donation on the day if you can. Please consider contributing if you are able to support the future workshop and education programmes at Mission gallery.

For further information please contact Megan Leigh, Learning & Engagement Coordinator, on 01792 652016 or email megan@missiongallery.co.uk

Materials are provided, limited places, booking is essential. Please inform us of any access requirements, allergies or medical conditions.

Access is by one-step entry from pavement level through our main entrance.

The workshops will take place in the gallery and education space located on the first floor of the gallery.

Due to building limitations access to the first floor education space is via steep stairs.

Staff are on hand to provide assistance if needed.
