Classes

These informal classes are led by professional artists who will lead you through a new practice. These fun and accessible sessions are suitable for all abilities. Previous classes have been ceramic, glass and jewellery making. Each class runs for 1 day and costs £50. It's a great way to learn something and explore your creativity.

Artist Led Talks

At the Mission Gallery you can come along to hear our exhibiting artists discussing their experience of working on their creative practices. Hosted in the gallery's exhibition space often amongst the artist’s diverse body of work you can be immersed in the process and journey in how the the presented body of work was researched and developed. With the dedicated Q&A sessions at the end of the talk you have the intimate opportunity to expand your opinion on the creative showcase you have been shown.

Drop in Sessions

To coincide with our main exhibition we often host free drop in sessions which are self led and informal. Activities and materials are provided as well as refreshments, stay for 20 minutes or a few hours; come and create over a cup of tea! It's a great way to learn something and explore your creativity These sessions are free and are open to all. 11am - 2pm: Drop-in activity; stay for as long as you wish. Please note children must be with an adult at all times
