Print Workshop

In 2009 Alternative Dialogues created a print workshop and cafe atmosphere, open to the public. Participants were able to screen print recipes and messages for visitors to take away, whilst an ambitious program of cooking took place in the apse. The public would come in for lunch and to experience the space as both a place to eat and as an open studio.
Alternative Dialogues worked with artists Aled Simons and Adele Vye to create print works, which were also displayed on the walls of the gallery. The exhibition consisted of screen prints, text pieces, posters, documentation of cooking and the kitchen equipment.
