Mohamed Hassan is an artist who lives and works in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. He graduated with a first class honours degree in Photography from Carmarthen School of Art in 2016.
Mohamed's journey with photography started at a young age, accompanying his professional photographer father at his studios in Alexandria, Egypt or to a wedding or party. As he got older, Mohamed helped him record these events both on film and video camera, a great foundation and training for the future.
Living and studying in Wales has been pivotal to his journey as an artist. When he first arrived he felt as if in a dream, and as Mohamed discovered and explored more of Wales he found inspiration all around. Whether packing up his camera and trekking the Carmarthenshire Fans or a gentle walk on a Pembrokeshire beach he feels blessed to experience and photograph these incredible landscapes.
