Elemental inspiration for this animation comes from the ancient poetry of Taliesin. His poem "Kanu Y Gwynt" is a riddle poem featuring transmogrification and shape-shifting imagery. Lucy uses magical characters from Welsh mythology to inspire a surreal visual narrative all woven together by the wind as in the looms of the melin wlân.
