About the Artist
Anna Noel is concerned with narrative and the absurd. She creates figurative work in raku. Her powerful ceramic sculptures draw on myth and legend, encompassing symbolism and mysticism.
Anna Noel is seeking to reinvigorate her practice through research and new audiences. This project gives Anna significant focus to create a body of work that is cohesive and representative, a solo exhibition places work in a pointedly different context than group or retail shows. The project will advocate her work to new and wider audiences.
