Looking for a summer jam packed with activities and creativity? Here at Mission Gallery we are hosting our wonderful Summer Craft Club. Offering a series of 5 creative workshops throughout June, July and August- join us to express yourself, make new friends and learn new skills by delving into the world of clay modelling, fabric painting and mono printing to name a few.

Resist Paintings and Mono Printing
Come and join us for a wonderful session of exploring the world of print and mark making. We will share some creative mono printing techniques and explore the fun to be had with resist materials such as oil pastels and watercolours where you can create a colourful and unique painting.

ModRoc creations
Use your wonderful imagination here at the gallery where we will be using modroc to create friendly creatures to take with you on your summer adventures or bold sculptures to show off your creativity. Whatever you decide we will help you bring it all to life.

Marbling workshop and summer postcards
Have an amazing summer memory that you just need to share ? Come and decorate your own postcards to document all the wonderful fun the holidays have to bring. We will also share with you how to make funky and spontaneous marbled paper, where no two designs are the same.

Fabric Painting
Revamp your summer wardrobe and express your unique style right here at the gallery. We will show you how to transform any piece of fabric whether it be a tote bag or t-shirt by learning how to stencil artwork and print your own custom design using colourful fabric paints.

Clay modelling and Stop animation
Join us in bringing the world of clay modelling to life through stop animation. Using wire and clay we will be able to craft your own fantastical moving creatures and set designs which will become the perfect props for your summer storytelling.
Notice: Please be aware that at the point of checkout eventbrite will charge a transaction fee. To avoid this, kindly reach out to the gallery directly and make your booking via phone.
Due to our venue’s capacity, spaces are limited. If you book onto our workshops we would ask you to honour your commitment to attend.
We aim for our workshops to be as accessible as possible, but would ask that you make a donation on the day if you can. Please consider contributing if you are able to support the future workshop and education programmes at Mission Gallery.

Materials are provided, limited places, booking is essential. Please inform us of any access requirements, allergies or medical conditions.
Access is by one-step entry from pavement level through our main entrance.
The workshops will take place in the gallery and education space located on the first floor of the gallery.
Due to building limitations access to the first floor education space is via steep stairs.
Staff are on hand to provide assistance if needed.
