A mandala is a complex abstract design that is usually circular in form. They generally have one identifiable center point, from which an array of symbols, shapes and forms grow. Learn how to draw a mandala in this inspirational and therapeutic drawing session - although it looks complicated, it's actually quite easy, once you know the steps!
