Family Make Along- Make your own LovespoonLowri Ann

22 February - 22 February 2025

11am-12:30pm| 7+| £7

Artist Bio:

Lowri Ann is a multidisciplinary artist, and recent Goldsmiths Fine Art graduate from Swansea. Her work is inspired by her Welsh heritage and deals with the aesthetics of internal colonialism and what that might look like. Drawing on her interest in performance art and the work of Pierre Bordieu, Lowri is interested in the role of ‘practice’ in reclaiming traditions that have been fractured, forgotten or repressed as a consequence of modernity. Her current project ‘Malurion’ continues her interest in art based on ‘practice’ as a means of exploring Welsh history, tradition, feminism and community.
