Join us for a final viewing of our Precious Things exhibition, followed by a thought-provoking seminar programme bringing together artists, campaigners and educators. We will explore themes around waste and material choices in the context of climate change, and ultimately ask how we can inspire change through creative practice.
The seminar will be led by the project’s lead artist Bronwen Gwillim and will feature discussions by:
- Helen O’Sullivan, Teacher and Sustainable Fashion Campaigner
- Dr Jennifer Rudd, Senior Lecturer in Sustainability at Swansea University
- Onya Mc Causland, Painter and Head of Undergraduate Painting at the Slade School of Fine Art
- Alex Duncan, Multi-disciplinary artist and Fine Art Lecturer at Swansea College of Art UWTSD
- Lucy Warry, Artist and recent graduate
