What We Offer Community Groups
Project Partnerships
We often work with community groups to create a bespoke project that is tailored to the needs of their members. Outside of educational settings accessing the arts can be difficult. Community members may face barriers which hinder their participation in creative activities. We programme sessions with the emphasis for creative development, improving social interaction,confidence, mental health, and wellbeing. Participants in our projects are encouraged by the opportunity to try their hands at different mediums by working closely with a range of highly skilled professional artists.Sessions can be hosted at our gallery or in a space that community groups are familiar with. These creative sessions often culminate in a wonderful exhibition here at the gallery, showcasing the development of the groups creative practice.
Art Workshops led by an Artist
Taking place in either our gallery or your workspace we will connect your members with a professional artist who will put together and deliver an specialist art workshop tailored to your groups needs. We’ll provide you with all the materials for the workshop. Each workshop lasts for 2 hours.

Taking place at Mission Gallery or in your community space, these sessions are ideal for groups looking for something creative and process based. Led by the professional artists on our learning team, we’ll work with you to put together a workshop. We can work with your group to create a bespoke session, taking into consideration any accessibility needs.

Priced £125 can incur an additional charge of £50 to cover materials for larger groups
