‘Mistpouffers’ are unidentified thunder like sounds that have been reported across the world particularly in waterfront communities.
This ongoing research and development project by Swansea based artist Jessica Hoad is an investigation in to how sound contributes sculpturally to our perception of space and place. This research is shown as a short film of clips shared online of strange sounds around the world, a series of images and temporary sound interventions within the city.
