The Editing StudioThe Studio Series (Part 1)

Location: Alex Design Exchange Campus, Swansea College of Art
Using the professional facilities at Swansea College of Art, learn how to edit your own video or short film. Suitable for absolute beginners or those with a little knowledge, participants can bring along their own video clips and sound recordings and take part in this great opportunity to learn the craft of editing.
This workshop is the start of a series of three 'Studio Sessions' that will build on enthusiasm and skills in video and film production. The sessions will begin with an editing workshop and lead into a 'Cinematography workshop exploring the city. The best way to understand how to shoot a film is often understanding the rhythm and timing of editing, and what type of shots and footage will work well together.
All participants attending these workshops will also be invited to screen their film at a special event at 'Cinema & Co' on Swansea High Street In Feburary.
