Swansea Metropolitan University Foundation Students | Thursday 7 October 10am - 4pm
A drawing workshop for SMU Art & Design Foundation Students, with Owen Griffiths, Bella Kerr and Osi Rhys Osmond. Introduced by Amanda Roderick with study discussions by guest artist Keith Bayliss. The workshop focuses on drawing in the landscape, with observational studies of the exhibition Surge by Alex Duncan and exploration of the surrounding coastline
Blaen y Maes Primary School | Monday 10 October 10am - 2pm
A drawing workshop led by artist Keith Bayliss for the pupils of Blaen y Maes Primary School, in Swansea. Focusing on themes of the environment pupils will compare the natural and manmade environment and how this is depicted in the exhibition, ‘Surge’ by Alex Duncan. Pupils will start with observational drawings at Mission Gallery and continue in the local environment.
