An evening of music and discussion to celebrate the launch of DnA: Delyth & Angharad Jenkins’s new album, Llinyn Arian.

In the intimate space of the Mission Gallery, you will have a chance to hear some of the music featured on the duo’s much anticipated second album, as well as view the original album artwork by painter Carys Evans.

The evening will include a question and answer session led by Peter Richards of Fluellen Theatre Company, where you can discover more about the creative process, and the unique collaboration between the artist and musicians.

About the musicians:

Swansea-based mother and daughter duo DnA: Delyth and Angharad Jenkins breath a new lease of life into the ancient music of Wales through their intimate and irresistible conversations on the harp and fiddle. They also write finely crafted original music inspired by relationships, including that of mother and daughter.

“…this music is rooted in tradition but altogether original
sounding and beautifully written…” Cerys Matthews
