Hand Embroidery with Sew SwanseaAdult Workshop

11am - 4pm | £25 (Discount available for Friends of Mission Gallery and previous workshop attendees) | Suitable for ages 16+
This workshop is led by Sew Swansea and takes place at Mission Gallery.
Join Tasha of Sew Swansea for a day of creative stitchery. Try your hand at a range of hand embroidery stitches to produce a take-home sampler, then use your new found skills to stitch up a textile piece of your own. The day will give you the opportunity to explore new skills, fill you with sewing confidence and give you a chance to relax, and do something that’s just for you.
All materials and equipment will be supplied but please bring along any reference images you'd like to work from (photos, illustrations, handwriting) and fabrics you may have.
