Flying Bird Mobile Workshop | 10:30am-12pm | Age 9+ | Online Zoom | Free
In anticipation for Earth day on 22nd April, join us in celebrating our feathered friends at this online workshop. With artist Lucy Donald, you will make and decorate a colourful exotic flying bird mobile. The mobile is weighted with coins to create a fulcrum that gives the bird its flapping movement.

Materials you will need:
-Coat hanger with hooks on the shoulders - you can also use a long stick to attach the strings onto
-300gsm x2 A4 sheets of watercolour paper or Card (you can also recycle larger empty tissue box/tea bag box)
-String
-Sellotape
-Double sided tape ( or looped over normal sellotape)
-paint - watercolour or acrylic or colour collage papers and -Pritt stick
-Scissors
-4 Coins (pennies or two pennies or washers or X8 small magnets) for weighting wings and the body
Please ensure you have the above materials ready to go before the workshop, limited places, booking is essential.
